
Classes are offered as a series with limited drop-in spots available. The next series runs for four weeks from November 30- December 21.
Please bring your own mat + blocks (if desired), a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Class size is limited to 9 people. Preregistration required. Masks welcome, please do not attend if you are ill.
